The exhibition "Everyday tasks in the Land of Skolts" represents black and white photos and colorful textiles used in the Orthodox Skolts' everyday life before the World War II. Colorful and skillfully embroidered textiles are derived from the Monastery of Petsamo and photos were donated to the museum RIISA.
Rarely publicated photos were taken from Pechenga territory for the tourism marketing reasons during the period between two world wars. This is definitely the valuable documentation of the nation, whose culture is rarely represented in Finland.
